As a Certified Salesforce Administrator, my expertise extends far beyond a single platform. I design and optimize modern marketing ecosystems that connect CRM systems, digital platforms, automation workflows, and analytics to support scalable growth.

My work is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with marketing, sales, finance, and executive leadership to align marketing performance with business outcomes. I specialize in connecting marketing initiatives to revenue impact, ensuring that the systems, data, and technology behind marketing provide clear visibility into growth and financial performance.

From marketing technology architecture and website development to automation through tools like Zapier, campaign infrastructure, and advanced analytics, I help organizations transform fragmented tools and processes into integrated systems that drive smarter decisions and measurable results.

Having traveled, lived, studied, and worked for over 10 years here in the U.S.A and internationally, I have a solid understanding of business processes and cross-cultural sensitivities which helps me tremendously in my open approach to problem-solving and strategy building.

I have a Master’s Degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University and also a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Selangor, Malaysia.
